LabRat is a character design experiment of an elf–rat hybrid. I played around with proportions and features to push it into something odd and expressive. It was just me exploring shapes, attitude, and personality to see what kind of character would emerge.
⤷ Behind the Scenes:
LabRat started from taking photos of a friend whose nickname was “Labrat.” I grabbed a bunch of shots of them in a few different locations and used those images as the base for the character design.
